Our apartment had a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms, which worked well for us.

The staff was really helpful - I will certainly stay here again. The hotel was located right by taxis, and Old Town. Liked the room with a double bed & a single sofa, my bed was comfy. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well. The property's location was excellent in the centre nearly. Wola district was worth visiting:)))

The unit we got was new-fashioned with a bedroom, storage space, for example.

I had a really great experience here, everything was nice, the location was excellent right by taxis as well as main train station. The room was big with a shower with a very comfy bed. I loved that the design was nice...

In the room, there was central heating, a multi-channel TV, and even a microwave oven - loved having these! 😊 the view of the city from here was stunning. the location was convenient and absolutely beautiful, and the staff was very polite.

The location here is perfect, just a short distance from the Warsaw Uprising Museum, and the deluxe suite had all the facilities I needed like a dishwasher, fridge, and electric kettle.

Misleading description, room didn't match the advertised features. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were no blinds in the room.

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decor of the hotel. The beautiful light colors used throughout the hotel created a peaceful and calming atmosphere, which was perfect for senior guests like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, making it effortless to move around and explore the hotel.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more attentive staff. While the children working there were polite, it would have been nice to have a bit more assistance or guidance, especially for senior guests who may require additional support during their vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great with plenty of transportation and facilities nearby. The staff were helpful during my stay and the room was very clean. I was also pleased with the hotel facilities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was decent and the view from the balcony was nice. it was convenient that they offered a discount at a nearby spa. the location was also pretty good, close enough to walk to the city center and a couple of main attractions.

The pictures online were deceiving, as the apartment needed a deep clean and some repairs. the check-in system was a mess, having to go to different blocks for keys and reception.
